Thailand Rescue Dog Association is a volunteer non-profit organisation dedicated to training K9’s to find missing persons.

Thai-RDA is a member of International Rescue Dog Organisation (IRO), headquartered in Austria. Membership provides guidelines on certification standards and also trained personnel to assist.

Our History

 Thailand Rescue Dog Association was founded in 2005 by Mr Suthikiat Sopanik (Khun Moo), under the patronage of the General Chatichai Choonhaven foundation (GCCF).

Khun Moo was motivated initially by the lack of canine search dogs deployed in the aftermath of the 2004 Tsunami.
